Case 37

This lady presented with major airway obstruction and a severely deviated nose as a combination of congenital and post traumatic deviation. A complex septorhinoplasty was undertaken to re-build the severely deformed septum . A secondary effect was addressed nasal and facial aesthetics. Breathing was improved.
